The “Residency Program” that encourages self discovery for 4th graders comes once again to our school! In collaboration with teaching artists students explore opera and use social emotional learning practices to create a student-created opera! This 10-week program is offered through a partnership with Opera Philadelphia.

This Saturday families came together to help community members and the Philadelphia Horticultural Society’s Tree Program get a space ready to plant trees. Everyone was busy filling in the area near the black fence with a layer of dirt and mulch. The trees will be planted in November.
