Staff and students met with Ms. Shira Walinsky from Mural Arts of Philadelphia to learn more about the proposed mural that will be painted on the wall directly in front of our school! It was an exciting meeting to see Ms. Shira’s idea for the mural. Her idea is to have a mural of the streets, the locations, and the languages the surround our school represented on the mural. The mural will also have pictures of the artwork that our students have done with our art teacher, Ms. Patel!
